We are very pleased to announce that on 14 May we will have a site visit at the Nakilat Damen Shipyards Qatar Ltd. (NDSQ) Ras Laffan, Industrial City and a presentation on the topic “Shipbuilding and Maintenance, all about Nakilat Damen Shipyards Qatar” by Jan-Wim Dekker, Managing Director of NDSQ.

For the transportation to the Ras Laffan, Industrial City we have arranged a touring bus which will depart at 3 pm from the Lagoon shopping mall parking area in front of 51 East (the Zig Zag tower). We kindly ask the attendees to be at the Lagoon shopping mall parking area latest at 2:45 pm.

Due to limited place (#30) in our bus we have to apply the “first come, first serve” rule. The DBCQ members have the priority registration rights.
We can slightly increase number of attendees, only for those who are already registered within the Ras Laffan, Industrial City (e.g Shell members).
NDSQ does not want to have (for safety and security restrictions in Ras Laffan) people travelling from outside Ras Laffan Industrial City to the shipyard by their own transport.

Please email your RSVP to including your shoe size for safety shoes to be used in the tour and a clear colour copy of your Passport with either your visa copy OR Qatari ID, for gate passes, by 5 May 2012.
